Won’t eat here again. Although I was able to overlook the fact that their new $7+ steak cheeseburger was missing half the ingredients, I was not able to overlook the fact the burger smelled and tasted like cigarettes. DISGUSTING!! Sent a complaint to Corp right away. Would have complained to the manager on duty, but she oversaw the cooking aince they werent busy. Have not heard from anyone other than an email with “did someone reach out to you?” And STILL nothing. It’s been about 3 weeks. Their website is jackcares. Hahaha. It should be Jackdontgiveacrap

Probably the worst food I’ve ever had and it’s my first time trying them. I got the spicy chicken sandwich which was barely a sandwich considering they tiny piece of meat they used. The lettuce tasted like wax, and they had to pack it with mayo for there to be any flavor on it. I’ll stick to burger king which tastes 10 times better AND makes presentable food.

this place had the most slowest working employees ever!!!! it was 4am when I got there only one person a head of me and it took 45 mins for the workers here to have a coffee witch was cold I ordered a meat lovers burrito combo they forgot to give me the hasbrown I would have to say this was the worst place in my whole life have experience very slow forgetful and rude drive threw person I’m very unhappy and I think they need to get with the program I’m not joking it really took a total of 45 mins to serve me what I ordered!!! this place needs to be over looked because everyone there was to busy talking and playing around and not doing any work I’m so mad about this I’ll never go there again I don’t even think the kid rang up what I ordered I really think he took the 20.00 I gave him and he went to the back for about 5 mins then comes back with my change but never printed out a receipt for me I bet if you look into it there will not show what I ordered at 4am time frame to 4:45am bet you theses kids are stealing and charging people and putting the money in there own pockets bet on that I bet I’m right I got a coffee and meat lover burrito I know I gave him a $20 bill and got back a $10 bill and some change

Good food, slow service. What’s the point in having a drive threw if you have to pull to the front and wait 15 minutes or longer just to get your food? Even when going inside it takes so long.

Jack in the box is one of my personal favorite fast food restaurants when it comes to a quality to price ratio. The new design is very welcoming and well maintained. This store is currently a little understaffed which does add to the wait time. The staffs respectful nature and polite presence outweighs the wait in my mind.
