If I could leave no stars, I would. This location was just overall dirty/unsanitary. Most of the tables were dirty, the floors were sticky and had liquid spilled all over the floor with NO wet signs put out. I tried getting a drink from the fountain and it was super dirty and the man came out from the back, removed the knob from the machine and gave it a “clean”. I definitely don’t recommend this location lol

During the day even when it was busy at lunchtime they were quick and food came out well. Times I’ve been through at night it’s embarrassing. My the year old child can make simple things with easy instructions. My burger came upside down in it’s box, half wrapped, meat and cheese almost put on by mistake.

I understand being understaffed so we did not mind the wait in the drive thru (inside was closed). We were there 45 minutes. The gentleman at the window asked if we wanted sauce. I asked him what they kinds they had. He said I don’t know. Huh. Anyway, had to air fry our fries cuz they were not cooked. Then I open my Hamburger to find there was actually only HALF a patty on it, the smallest tomatoe ever and almost no ketchup. It looked nothing like their sourdough jack. It was terrible. Short staffed or not, this is just unacceptable.

Fri night crew needs serious retraining. After ordering at the drive thru (one burger), I was told to drive around and wait by the door. While waiting, I saw they served all 7 cars in the drive thru lane before getting to me. When they finally got around to delivering my order, the burger was stone cold. Paying $8 for a stone cold burger is totally unacceptable. If they ask you to “drive around,” y⁰our best move is to have them refund the order and go across the street to McDonald’s.

Whoever was working the window around 9 PM last night, 6/6/23, deserves a raise. His customer service skills are beyond anything you can find anywhere in the country right now. I’ve never had such a positive experience at a fast food chain, in my life. And I’m old so that’s saying a lot.

First time at this location. Pulled in the lot and the trash can outside the front door was completely overflowing. Not a great 1st impression. Inside all the trash cans were the same way. The girl who took our order was quiet but efficient. When we received our food there was a bunch of rice stuck to the inside of my burger wrapper. My wife’s jumbo jack was so greasy the bun actually dripped and the fries were cold. Last time at this location.

The staff are terrible, they constantly mess up orders and when you try to get it fixed, they basically tell ya to kick sand. They even joked about keeping my debit card one time, that isn’t even funny and is very inappropriate for an employee. I recommend staying far away from this location.

After waiting 20 minutes for a to go order I was told that someone else got the order. That was a good enough explanation for them but not me. I pressed them for MY order. A couple of minutes later they had it for me. Out to the car I had a fry and it was ok but the burger was COLD. Went back inside and requested a new burger. They made me one but…I will not return.
