The people are nice but service in general is pretty poor. If you go inside to order then expect to be sitting there being ignored for up to 5 minutes at a time especially when they forget to give you things like a fork and syrup for a breakfast platter. Tables usually aren’t all clean trash left on some tables by lazy customers and crumbs + who knows what liquids on others. If you crave Jack in the Box like me and want proper service go to a different location.

Today 6/8/23 @ 9:30 p.m., my family ordered through the drive-thru with employee Javier. By the time we got our food, we were missing our additional fries and drink. He refused to serve or charge us for the additional fries and drink because in his error, he didn’t charge us or marked it on the receipt. We offered to pay for the additional items, and he refused to take our offer/order and turned us away. We insisted on paying for the items because it was for our minor child in the truck, but he refused to serve us, and he locked his window and grabbed mace. His demonstration of customer service in a food establishment was beyond unacceptable. Very, very disappointed in the whole staff because the rest of the employees ignored the situation instead of correcting the problem.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but i went thru drive thru to order, my fries and tacos were not hot or fresh and I got no sauce after asking twice, so I got off and just decided to eat inside since I had to go inside for my sauce anyway. Then I sent my daughter to buy a small drink, they gave her no receipt and shorted her change.. I didn’t make a complaint bc I wasn’t trying to get worked up over some change and some sauce but I most likely will not visit again.

The food here was excellent. The service was fabulous. I loved that they brought the food to ur table instead of take down ur name. Mis spell it, so now they’re calling for Evan while ur food gets cold lol. Way more professional. My oldest had the popcorn chicken, she loved it. My middle had tiny tacos. She said they were spicy which trips me out cause she loves takis. But she also loved them. Hubby had the ultimate cheeseburger. I swear that burger got smaller. But still super delicious. I had an old school classic I made up. U guys gotta try it. It’s bomb. So regular chicken sandwich on sourdough bread w Swiss cheese and grilled onions. W A side of bbq sauce for dunkin. Then another great classic are the 2 regular tacos. But u have to get em w extra lettuce so much more filling, crunchier, juicier. Try those out. The other kid didnt drink his and 3 days later we find his untouched soda and dump it out to find this inside.
