Service here sucks. I have spoken to the managers about issues and the results are the same. I was in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes. It is 11:35 pm. My orders in the past was horrible. The receipt is so faded that you cannot even leave comments because you cannot read the number on the receipt they request. This owner and his people have the worst customer service. I think it is time to go elsewhere. I have been here before when it was busy and the staff are talking and goofing off and I even told the manager about that. This store is horrible. They get my orders wrong a lot of the time. Jack in the Box has completely lowered their standards by far. What a shame. I definitely will not be back.

Every time I’ve gone to this jack in the box, the shake machine is never working, and I’ve gone at different times of the day. Also, customer service is not all that great, people there aren’t too friendly. And anytime that they have a limited time item, currently the Triple cheese & bacon sauces & loaded fries and Spicy triple cheese & bacon sauces & loaded fries, every single time I have gone there and ordered those they always say “we are sold out of them”. I went once or twice a week for one month straight, different times of day, and that is always what I was told. This location is the only one I have even ever been told that…for that specific item.

Horrible… took our order had us pull to the front came out 10 mins later to tell us they didn’t have chicken nuggets part of the order and asked of it was ok to switch to chicken strips we said ok but please hurry we’ve already been waiting over 10 mins. Then 7 mins later they come out with a few bags and hand them to a different customer who’s also waiting then leave for another 5 mins come out only to find out they have given our food to the wrong car… then the kid tries to give us the food that the other customers had for over 5 mins in their car to us. We told them absolutely not and we need a refund. When it was all said and done we waited outside for over 45 mins and left with no food. Wow just horrible ended up at McDonald’s and they had no issues .
