This location is a mess. I won’t buy from here again. They took my order, let me pay, then told me they were out of everything. My salad was chicken on top of weak lettuce and a few carrots. Out of ranch. Out of my tea. No crouton. Literally gross. I think you need new management. Normally, Jack locations are on the ball. The window guy was nice. Not his fault inventory not maintained.

This morning myself and my son walked in and ordered breakfast, it took someone over 3 minutes to come to the counter, he asked if we were ready we said yes, he then walked away back to the drive up window he returned after another few minutes we ordered our breakfast and we left, then I go to eat my breakfast sausage croissant and there is no sausage. If you’re that short handed to where there is a long wait time and you can’t fulfill the orders something is seriously wrong with your business. I will not be returning to this business.

I have been trying to walk in to this location to dine in for years. They are still covid closed. Every jack in the box is open to the public but not this one. I notice so many complaints about the drive thru because people cant confront the employees with issues. They look outside their windows and laugh. They feel untouchable when the doors are closed. if you open to the public. The public will oversee the quality control and make sure employees are face to face. That way theres no funny business itit’s time to. Really open up for business. I will follow up in 1.month.
