I only get to eat here once every year or so. Sometimes with my meal, I want an extra buttermilk ranch. This happened FOUR years ago and again TODAY, I got denied A SAUCE. It’s the only reason i get this food and I get treated like a burden. I ignored it the first time, but now it’s just nuts. I order a meal for my family and I got ONE sauce to share with us all. The Uber eats driver said she even got yelled at?!? AND I BELIEVE HER BECAUSE IT HAPPENED TO ME WHEN I CAME IN PERSON. I don’t know what yall got going on here, but this makes no sense to me. I don’t know why the universe was against me 4am in the morning. As I was out looking for alate night snack, I attempted five different so-called “24-hour drive-thrus.” I went to two other jitb locations on Tropicana, as well as two McDonald’s locations. All 24 drive-thrus, all closed. So I had been driving around for almost 30 minutes at this point. Decided to go to this location as a last option. The cashier was very polite and the food was good. His service was fast and efficient, plus i got the taco sauce i forgot to ask for. It was a great trip to this jitb. Will be back

Food great as always but the restaurant wasn’t open inside. It was early in the evening not late night. This is the 2nd Jack in the Box we went to in Las Vegas that wasn’t open inside. Frustrating when you want to eat in and use the bathroom and you can’t!!! The drive thru guy was really nice, friendly and efficient though. I hate to have to eat in the car then drive somewhere else to use the bathroom!! Get it together Jack and hire more people!!!

You can always tell how good a fast food place is by how fresh their fries are on an average of visits. I have to say I’ve never been served cold fries at this location. The staff is always friendly and my order is always right. This is one of the smaller franchises but they seem to always be on point. Fountain drinks never watery either.
