If I could this place 0 stars I would! Highly disappointed. I was on a lunch. And decided to eat Jack-in-the-Box since I just moved to the area now at the drive-through, the gentleman didn’t even take my order properly because he was asking me again for the order at the window.. When I asked if he could re-verify my order just to make sure for accuracy, he proceeded to say I got it right, and not repeat it. He then close the window and started to take an order as if he was busy.. no I work in a customer service field. That’s highly unacceptable to close a window and then just stop talking to a customer to walk away from the window. I was literally mid sentence before he did all of this. There was a young lady there as well I’m assuming they’re both shift leaders because they both had on bright pink shirts. I can’t remember his but I will never forget hers which is Mara. She comes to the window now heading out the card reader now I just had asked for my order to be repeated. I wasn’t giving an amount or anything she just handed out and looks at me know how was your day? How are you doing nothing. so I proceeded to tell her how I do not appreciate that we’re not being slammed because I was still trying to let the young men know about my order she proceeded to tell me nobody slammed the window. after a few more exchanges of words, because I definitely felt like they were being rude ….. she then said she’s just going to deny my service.

The guy who bought out the food forgot ketchup and brought the wrong sauce. When I said something about it he shrugged and walked away. This is the worst Jack in the box in Las Vegas.. don’t waste your time, go to the new McDonald’s a few blocks north. It’s never open when it’s supposed to be, the staff puts traffic cones in the Drive-Thru. It’s a waste of time don’t even stop. I’ve lived a block away for two years and 80% of the time I end up driving away empty-handed including tonight. They are never open.

We walked inside to order and four staff members looked at us repeatedly for 5-10 minutes and didn’t assist me or the guest in front of us… When they finally assisted us they didn’t even greet us. They just walked to the register and looked at us. There was no one in the drive through and only one person in front of us. It should not have taken 20 minutes to be in and out.
