Walked to this location at 7, sign says dining in hours until 8. Door is locked employee sitting on the phone at the table. This place is a constant mess with how it operates. obviously the owner doesn’t care. If they aren’t randomly closing , they can’t get an order right. They definitely need a new crew. Customer service is terrible! We we’re at the drive thru like 5 minutes before they even asked what we needed and they didn’t even have customers in front of us. Either the microphone doesn’t work or the lady needs hearing aids because no lie it took over 5 minutes to complete our 1 meal order because she couldn’t hear. Then we went to the window to pay and waited another 5 minutes before we decided to leave because she had the window open but didn’t acknowledge us, she didn’t take the payment nor did she give us the drinks or even tell us that we had to wait a bit, like all we could see was a open window with her body there but no type of acknowledgement. Food is always great. They have the best french fries ever that is perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. It has a perfect hint of salt which is usually sprinkled on after it’s fried. The bun is always properly caramelized and the burger always juicy. Competes well with In and out Burger with it’s very fresh lettuce and tomatoes. The customer service, always above par.
