Mary was taking my order drive-thru, she was taking my order but with a really bad attitude, she was in a hurry, I guess kind of giving me pressure, and the way she asked what else?, what else? I got a burned, stale chicken sandwich, had to toss it. I also got stale popcorn chicken with super oily fries. We got a rude cashier with zero customer service who didnt greet us, she just shoved our bag through the window and said to wait for the drink, she handed us the drink and we politely asked her for 2 extra ranch and she said she put extra in the bag, when I checked we saw she was lying, but we let it go. This is probably the worst Jack in the Box we’ve ever been to. The workers don’t care and it shows. The Jack in Lakewood is the best, fresh food, friendly staff, and no haggling/lying over ranch, I’m never coming back to this Paramount one.

Worse Jack in the box ever! Avoid if possible! The owner must really hate it’s customers because the food portions are smaller than most other Jack’s and it’s always been really gross unfortunately I live very close by so I’ve gone more here than I’d like to admit. The food generally sucks but added with receiving old fries Everytime is even worse. The only reason I didn’t vote 1 star is due to the fact the staff are very professional and very courteous. Would never go there again and I recommend highly to avoid!
