Review for August 2021. Jack in the box located on San Fernando mission in Granada hills California. I remember one time my palomita came to visit me while working and we had lunch together here. Although we’re not together anymore I still care a great deal about her. The food is standard Jack-in-the-Box. And the service is standard. I’m not guilty, to say that I usually come here when I feel like having a teriyaki bowl for lunch. Other than that it is all right I guess.

The employee Maria is the most aggressive and rude person I’ve ever experienced at a drive through or any dining for that matter. She started from the beginning scoffing at us and raising her voice while we spoke to her with nothing but kindness and good manners. While condescendingly talking to us she also said If we wanted more than 2 sauces total for 4 large combos she would charge us. Then to make matters worse she served the bacon almost completely uncooked. Given her attitude, it seemed intentional too. I love this jack in the box and have had great experiences every other time but unfortunately I can’t come back while Maria works there.

Pretty awesome! I was happy they were open but sad at the same time because it was Christmas Eve. But very thankful! They had a pretty good line but they were quick! The lady at the window was very nice & I thanked her for being there! My husband worked at Jack for many years when we were teens into our 20’s back in the 80’s. I knew they’d be open, like an old friend. (We frequented this location before that, a lot. LOL.) Food was good, I only got 2 tacos & fries, but it was warm. I appreciate the people that were working when they could have been home with family. Always a good JIB to visit! 2 thumbs up!!
