This Jack in the Box has the worst customer service. The managers are rude and unfriendly, and the order is almost always wrong. I work close to this location so I would go ALOT. And more times than not I was dissatisfied and the managers could care less. The food is also more expensive than it should be. Needless to say.. I stopped going to this location for anything other than a cup of water.

I really like this Jack in the Box. Everyone that works there are so friendly and helpful. I have been to this specific Jack in the Box three times so far and I have had a great experience everytime. I have visited this place for breakfast every time as well. The restaurant is always so clean as well…so are the restrooms. Which you need the cashier to let you in, by the by. I have ordered both, the breakfast plater and a double Jack. And, I have enjoyed every meal. Great place, great service and fast good food. Definitely recommend.

Very kind and friendly service, quite fast and quality preparation. Given it is fast food the order was taken with a nice welcome and handed to me with such appreciation. I get it it’s jack in the box but a small gesture of kindness really made my take out drive through at late hours after the staffs long tedious hours of work that much better.
