This is the second time I’ve been here in two weeks. Last time I ordered two orders of tacos and they only gave me one. I never got my refund for it. I came today and ordered onion rings when I got here. Onion rings were not available so again, I had to go through the app and request a refund. The service here is ridiculous on a regular day. The place is clean, most staff are bilingual in English and Spanish, and the location is right by a Starbucks and a sushi place. The food is not the best but it’s a chain restaurant, I wouldn’t expect anything different. There is a high school right next to it though, so it can be crowded during lunch hour on weekdays!
