After an incident in their dining room over two weeks ago and was reported twice via the Jack in the Box website, got ZERO response from this location. I was the only diner in this location’s dining room and a guy walked in off the street, threatened me and threw my soda in my face (I’m guessing he was a user). Staff was not sure how to respond and did not seem prepared. Franchise owner does not seem overly concerned with safety of their own staff nor their customers.
