A passing manager (inside the restaurant, I was in the drive thru) got snide with me over how many sauces I wanted. I like a lot of sauces and it is one of the main reasons I go to Jack in the Box. I offered to pay extra if there was an issue, but manager just glared at me. Didn’t think I was willing to pay extra, huh?! I don’t mind paying, I just want my sauces. I don’t need dirty looks and snide remarks. The general staff that took my order and assisted me were very kind and courteous. 2 stars for the person that helped me and took my order. But otherwise, definitely a 1-star Jack in the Box location. Ya I know it’s fast food but come one?! Why you gotta be like that?! Even after I offered to pay, the eye rolling and glaring?! Why are you even a manager?

The only reason we went here is because the Lake Murray Jack in the Box drive-thru was closed. This is the 4th time they’ve told us we had the whole order and they didn’t give us the full order.
