This jack is by far the worst jack I’ve ever been to every single employee is very rude and patient unprofessional. I went through the drive-through and was ordering and they kept giving me my total and pressuring me like if I was doing my order without even asking are you done kept saying OK? See you at the window. When I wasn’t even done with my order, so I just said forget this and get whatever had already ordered and had to drive to another Jack-in-the-Box to get the rest of my items I’m a person a very short temper, but somehow I was able to just stay quiet. Keep my cool. Pay and leave just because it’s been remodeled. It doesn’t mean the atmosphere. There is good nor the employees attitudes. They really do need classes on how to work with customers especially if we decide to work in the fast food industry. I’m aware that there are some very difficult customers, but just like there’s different customers out there. There are also very difficult employees.

This place is the worst. I Ordered my food and wanted to use the rest room after but one of them was occupied, so I asked one of the employees to open the other restroom for me because it was empty but he told could not because it was meant for employees. And he responded with the worst attitude, and threw hands up in the air and said he had just been working there a day. So I asked the lady at the counter too but she repeated the same thing. I’m definitely not going back here and don’t go there.

Went to this location & placed my order & the employee, seemed like she was a manager/supervisor was rude and kept attempting to end our order quick. When asked about an item she was very riding answering to us. When I paid and checked my order she was missing one of my food items. I went back and told my item was missing to which she responded with attitude “ you didn’t order, the other two people did” and I said I did order my food & she responded “I didn’t charge you. Want me to charge you?!” I said “well yea”. This is unacceptable service. If you’re going to have such a bad attitude don’t project it into other. Horrible customer service & not one nice bone in this employee and the other additional worker with her.

Ordered some tacos and they were all full of grill scale. Just black burnt pieces. The tacos were inedible which they basically were before but at least they tasted good. Clean your equipment and stop being lazy

Stopped in here for a quick burger while driving up hwy 15. The service was quick and the burger is pretty good. I’m actually very surprised with Jack in the box burgers. they are juicy but not greasy and definitely not messy. Especially when I’m driving the presentation of the burger and wrapping is the best out there.. I don’t have to fold the wrapper so I don’t mess up my car… they do it for you.. just see the picture.. its quite impressive. The value is also there… didn’t get anything else.. but the burger is a good way to go when driving.

Why do you allow employees to serve food that they would never eat? I get 2 of 3 burned egg rolls. Why? I assume they didn’t think I’d bring them back. I will not return to your El Norte location serving hard stale buns and now W Mission is out . Might want to fix the problems while you still have customers. You’ve lost me.

Service was rough. Food was cold and double cooked (hard). Transients are very prevalent. Had to make a purchase to use the bathroom. We had to buzzed in. The bathroom was deplorable. It was dirty. The toilet seat had severe carving damaged. I used a lot of toilet seat covers so my rearend wouldn’t get scratched. I guess I could have stood on the seat but I am too old for that. Jack in the Box has no pride or standards. It blends in with the transient population instead of standing out. Disgraceful!!

It seems like the managers there have some sort of attitude when they take your order and when you go to the window, they give you a dirty look. Start being rude to the guy working on the window. That’s my top experience there all the time
