Out of all the Jack in the box locations. This one is the slowest, and rudest. A lot of time they say they are out of whatever. It seems like it’s ran by children. I do repairs for JIB all over San Diego and I am a fan of their business. This being one of their newest locations in North county. I don’t think the regional manager has it figured on this one. I spend 60. Some odd dollars on two of these snack packs and a couple of burgers and they give me five ranch dressings when I asked for a variety. And zero sweet and sour for the egg rolls . Of which I ordered 2 three packs and got two egg rolls. Check the receipt. Ain’t right? It ain’t right and the receipt’s cut off not showing a total. What’s up with this Jack in the box.? I’ve been here several times and never got great service. They never have soap in the restrooms. They regularly decide not to open the lobby always because they’re “short staffed”. I’ve seen 5 employees inside standing around doing nothing and no one in the drive thru but they don’t have enough staff to open the lobby. The soda machine is always out of most of the drinks and the food is cold. I ordered tacos and there was no cheese or lettuce. I ordered the munchies meal with mix fries and there 6 fries and 1 curley frie. Not even enough to fill my hand. The prices go up and portions go down. I’ve never been greeted, they always make me wait to order, and I have to stand there and wait after I get my food to ask for sauce. No one ever smiles there.

I had went to Jack in the box to order coffee but had a very important conference call that I was on and this manager comes next to me while I was on a conference call via video and says “you need to get out of here because you have been here for 15 minutes”,so I had to stop my conference call that was very important to be to go address the situation and this is what happened,now mind you I did try to order coffee and she refused me service and kicked me out ,and I must say that this was very embarrassing and humiliating I am going to call corporate on her due to the fact that I only had 10 minutes left on my conference call and lost my contract because of her.
