I have come to this Jack in the box for years! I was even there when they renovated to what it is today. Unfortunately, it seems like they haven’t really been taking care of this location anymore. Filter intake vents are dirty. AC vents going in are also dirty! The seating area is in disarray. The soda machine is dirty on the exterior and may also be dirty on the inside as well. Please do something about this location.

Been here a few times thru the drive thru. Never had a problem and quick service. Reason for docking the stars. Had a coupon for a shake from the weekly mailers. This time I went inside. No customers it was like 9 pm already eqning everything up. One guy said he’d be with me and shortly after a supervisor came to take order. You could sup because of diff shirt. Sadly they couldn’t make the coupon work with their machine and after a few tries had to cut into the drive thru associate and machine to make it work.
