Food here is good for fast food. Milkshakes are my favorite here and you can mix/match the flavors. If want can ask for chocolate and strawberry milkshake as an example. Nice thick real ice cream shakes. Syrup for chocolate and strawberry shakes though. So that knocks food to three stars. Tacos are my favorite item and cheapest on the menu, but taste good still.

This place was absolute GARBAGE. The night guy was so beyond rude & I know it wasn’t just us cause he treated the car behind us exactly the same way not knowing we were all together. Matter of fact I’d like to speak to whoever is the main manager of this place because we were yelled at, yes YELLED at, for asking for water. We weren’t rude either. We work in customer service so we know better. He yelled “next time ask at the speaker!!! We’re already behind!” After spending about $100+ between us. Highly suggest whoever runs this place watch the video footage of how this arrogant worker acted. Oddly enough there was only 1 car behind us & none for the entire 30 min we sat there eating so they couldn’t have been THAT behind. It’s no wonder the Jack in the box down the road was packed. The locals must already know.

This jack in the box has gone down hill in service. Doesn’t matter where or how you order from them, they always make mistakes. Small or large orders are difficult for them. I don’t think I can remember a time I wasn’t missing something from my order when I go to this location. Always double or triple check your order before you leave or get the delivery. Employees are not very professional and disregard your issues even when spoken with respect.

Went to Jack in Box for lunch. Ordered their Chicken grilled salad it came with croutons and dressing fork and a knife. Really happy that they still have salads. All McDonald’s don’t have their good salads anymore. sad… Happy Jack in the box does.They have 3 or 4 varieties salads…. Yey!!!..

Of all that can be messed up about fast food, the mossy upholding thing is, in my opinion, upon ordering a oreo shake, I was given a beverage straw, by the attendant. Now these types of shenanigans are very much of the type that require more attention to detail. Or potentially making a uniform straw that can accommodate both perhaps?

Not recommended at all. No stars the service is terrible and instead of fixing an order when they mess up they just ignore you and start talking to the other employees or they tell you to prove that you ordered it there after just coming out of the drive thru the facility is always dirty and the ceiling leaks water right into the food that they serve to customers the food is either soggy or hard like its been left out for days. Disgusting!!! Horrible customer service they need to fire everyone that works there and hire all new employees that are trained to work in customer service and know how to clean when needed at least.

Employees weren’t even wearing gloves while handling food. Masks seem to be required for employees but were worn under the chin. I understand masks aren’t comfortable to wear all day but you’re breathing your spit all over peoples’ food and not wearing gloves after handling money is appalling. Then they have music playing so loudly that it can be heard as soon as you enter the drive-thru. This seems to be worse in the morning.
