the cashier Blake is very rude and slammed his register shut when i asked to have something added to my order. he told me he could no longer add it on witch i found surprising seeing it was a cash transaction and when i asked to speak to the manager she told me the same thing and said she would put it on and to make sure i tell them before hand next time. she wasn’t rude but i was still shocked at her answer. again it was a cash transaction why couldn’t they refund the food and put it in again. if the store was busy id understand being frustrated but I’m still a customer trying to PAY for the extra stuff she was about to use on my food. after getting my food and leaving got back to work and find out something i asked to be removed from my order was still on my food Vanessa did call me back with the number i requested but the lack of customer service at this jack in the box is very unsatisfying. a coworker of mine told me she had the same issues with Blake as i did very rude person and probably shouldn’t work the front register until he can have a better attitude towards your customers cuz i work right down the street and wont be going back so because of Blake u are loosing money and maybe I’m just one person but how many other people wont return due to the lack of customer service at this location.

If you’re vegetarian or don’t eat pork and would like a breakfast Jack with only eggs and Swiss cheese (which tastes good), make certain that you ask them to make it fresh and to not charge you the price of a regular breakfast Jack. I’ve been charged for a regular breakfast Jack and the sandwich had remnants of meat and the scent of pork as if they modified an existing sandwich by peeling off the the meat and then added the cheese. It’s also obvious that it was a sandwich that was sitting around as the egg was dry and the yolk had a greenish hue as if it was initially cooked at a high temperature. This occurred on several occasions even after returning the sandwich and getting a freshly made sandwich or a refund. If you cannot tolerate pork, you might want to reconsider patronizing this establishment.

Ordered some food via their online website ~2am (placed order + paid with c.c.). Drove from a hotel across the street to their drive thru to pick-up. There was a long line of cars in front of me, but the restaurant doors are closed so I still had to wait in the drive thru line. It is now 2:40am!!!! Have been waiting in drive thru for 30+min, and am still in the drive thru line. If you’re looking for something quick at 2-3am, look elsewhere. ‍♀️

Someone acknowledged me at the door from the counter by running a hand across his throat I assume to indicate they weren’t open? Lady at the drive thru window read back to me “you ordered a jumbo Jack with cheese meal?” I say “no I ordered an ultimate bacon cheeseburger” I get home and they still gave me a jumbo Jack with cheese.
