If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have given this place multiple chances and I am disappointed every time. Today I came in wanting eat and use the restroom. I asked the employee managing the cash register if I could use the restroom. She responded with attitude and told me it was for paying customers which is understandable. I told he I would buy something that it wasn’t a problem but I needed to use the restroom first and she unlocked the door that lead to the restrooms and I walked through the door the smell was so disgusting I wanted to throw up. I proceeded to walk into the women’s restroom and the first tall was so bad it has urine all over the seat and the floor was sticky and this smell was like a can of tuna was left in there for a month I checked if the other stall was any better and it wasn’t. I walked out of there told the employe that the bathroom was so disgusting and I did not use the restroom and I will not be buying anything. If they have the restroom that dirty I can’t imagine how they might have that kitchen.

One of the worst fast food in the area. They sell food on the app that isn’t available when you go pick it up at the store. To top it off you can’t reach anyone through their phone line since they turned off the phone. I ordered popcorn chicken and it’s not at their store yet. I also ordered oreo shake but they don’t have it available when I know for a fact they do have it and that they just don’t want to clean the machine late at night. They refused to give me my refund and to talk to a manager but their phone is off and goes directly to a voicemail. Beyond frustrated. I’m reporting this place to BBB.
