I recently had a munchie break and decided to try Jack in the Box. The parking was easy and the restaurant was hardly ever too crowded. The food quality was quite good, and I especially enjoyed their tasty, albeit greasy, tacos. In my opinion, this is the best Jack in the Box location I’ve visited so far. The drive-thru staff were the friendliest I’ve ever encountered, making the experience even better. Their jalapeno poppers were a personal favorite, and I found the tacos to be delicious. The staff were also friendly and kept the restaurant.

Stopped by for what I thought would be a quick place for a shake after a game at OC Great Park. The service was super low. Drive thru was 6 cars deep so we went in — but it took aver 10 mins to get two shakes. There were teenagers in the parking lot blocking cars while they were skating. This particular location’s morning crew is HORRIBLE. Every time I go there’s something missing or wrong and the workers attitudes are consistently bad. I ordered 2 supreme croissant combos and requested that they sub out the hash brown for curly fries, which they did not do until i had to go back in and ask for it. I get to the window and the lady working puts the drink on the edge of the counter. Normally your drinks are handed to you.. I asked her if she could hand them to me and she said “Are you going to grab it?” She just stared at me so I opened my car door, got out, and grabbed it myself. same thing with the food. I should have checked the croissants too because the order was completely wrong!

I went JB at 1:05pm on Tuesday 6/27/23. A couple of teenagers are running the drive-thru window and not paying attention to their job. I had to tell girl over intercom, 3 times what I wanted. #7 Combo with NO CHEESE and unsweetened Iced Tea to drink. Then the boy at the window asked me what my order was. I had to repeat it again! With No Cheese. I got the order (my bad, I didn’t check it. But there’s never time to check it at the window). The burger came with cheese! And with patties that looked like they were sitting under the warmer for 2 hours.
