Had to sit here for 2.5 hours while my car was being serviced next door at Pepboys (Don’t go there, see my other review) Back to this JITB, very clean, manager was super nice while taking my order. As I was waiting, a guy from JITB corporate came in to do an inspection on the place. I watched the whole thing. During his inspection, the inspector continually praised this location on its cleanliness and attention to detail on very minor things in my opinion. It was really cool to watch that process as a fly on the wall. 10/10 would recommend this JITB, especially if you having your time wasted by the “auto repair” shop next door.

Very nice staff. Went through the drive-thru and when I got home, I realized they did not give us bacon on the breakfast meal and I was charged for it. Then I tried to call the number on the receipt but it had a recording that the voice mail box had not been set up yet, which was frustrating as heck. I was really upset after that, but my hubby offered to go back a little later with the receipt to request the bacon. Much to my surprise, they gave us another entire breakfast platter with the bacon this time and without any attitude. Therefore, they get four stars.
