Went to drive through right before midnight, ordered ultimate cheeseburger combo playing with regular fries large and Dr pepper and then got six piece chicken strips with half and half fries with a Sprite for the girlfriend only to realize my fries were curly fries and my burger was not playing curly fries was a decent surprise but very upset about the ketchup and others amongst my cheeseburger. So I turned right around went back to the drive-thru they corrected it for me no problem but it’s sad that they just throw the burger away cuz my girlfriend would have eaten it you know if they were just you know not been so wasteful with the food you know. Horrible customer service! Went though the drive through and 1/2 my order was missing. Drove around and the inside was closed. The line was long so I called the store to try to fix it. The person on the phone told me not my problem and to call someone who cares and hung up on me. Once I made it back though the long line they refused to give the items I paid for confident they put them inside and said I’m a lair. Do not give these thieves your money!!!
