The lady was rude and gave me attitude. The one working at 8:00AM on 7/23/23 at the drive thru. She got mad at me for correcting my own order she got wrong. We visit this location frequently. I was there last Friday and was very unhappy with the service. The girl at the drive thru window very rude. She has no communication skills. I asked for a drink carrier and some ranch because she never offered, and she rolled her eyes. I never got my receipt and when I got home my tacos were missing. It was late so I only had fries for dinner. My son also had the same experience, same girl, very rude. Rolled her eyes and no receipt. His shake was only half way filled and she didn’t even acknowledge him when he tried to tell her. She just shut the window. I have sent an email to corporate and have been there twice to speak to the manager but he’s never there.

I do not know where to start with this review because so much is wrong at this location. I walked through the door and I was immediately ready to order and I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes or more while the cook was playing with his phone while I was waiting, he finally finished with what he was doing on the phone so he had time to help me. He started taking my order and immediately gave up and called the girl from the back and she to was on her phone. Both employees were going back and forth between their phones and handling food without washing hands. I ordered the country scrambler combo and asked for the potatoes well done and what I got was chevy dry microwaved potatoes, I sent them back and I got potatoes that were even nastier if that is even possible. The inside of the dining are is simply filthy with trash everywhere. When I was done I was going to use the restroom and it was simply disgusting with urine on the walls and floor and no toilet paper. The toilet was even worse and there is a trashcan next to the toilet for all of the illegal aliens in the area who still have not learned to flush toilet paper yet. The owner needs to fire all of the employee’s and start over with new staff. I am trying to find the home phone number of ceo lenny comma so maybe he can solve the problems at this location.
