Id give 0 stars if I could. Don’t come here!!!!! The management is terrible, and the place smells like a sewage. How is this place even open still? It smells like MULTIPLE health code violations. Explains why and how I get the worst food poisoning of my life here. I will never go to this or any other jack in the box again in my life. -100/10 experience.

My roommate placed an order here, and the manager was SUPER rude to us when we had to go back because our order was missing so much. Staff was cool, she was the only one who made the experience terrible. She needs a refresher course on how to talk with customers. We weren’t even asking for her to remake all our food, just for what was missing. How is that not a reasonable thing to request? Why should people leave feeling ripped off?

I ordered a pick up order for 2 of the jacks fan box thing. I went and got it, and everyone there was very nice. I want to specify now that my issue is not with the workers, but the manager on staff tonight. The boxes were not filled properly, we were missing items from it. I decided to head back and see if they could replace what’s missing, I didn’t think it would be a big deal since I did pay for it and I’m 100% entitled to what I paid for. The manager just assumed I was trying to get both boxes remade, implied I was lying about the entire thing, and basically said she’d only give the bare minimum (I think the employees hooked it up though, because there was more than what was missing). My irritation is because of her assuming, I never once asked for the entire order to be made..I only wanted what was missing. I don’t understand why she seemed so pissed, or why she decided to start a whole argument about it. I’ll stick to the jack in the box closer to my house, I’ve never had any issues at that one.

Ordered two chicken fajitas. Not sure who made them but they thought it would be fun to cool the lettuce and tomato with the onion. So nasty. I’m disappointed in my 5 star meal.

It was pretty much the same as every other Jack in the Box. It wasn’t a bad experience and the people working were friendly when I went there. Can’t really say anything bad about it. It can get busy tho and it sits on a busy corner too.

I always go around 1pm. There has only been 1 time out of a dozen or more that my food was cooked not to my liking. Customer service is great and food is always generally fresh and tastes good. This is my drive thru experience, I haven’t been inside though.

Most of tables weren’t cleaned and it smelled bad. (It must be coming from rest room…) I even won’t use drive thru for the future. All of employees were busy and I know that’s not their fault. I believe they just need more staffs. This review is not for employees, for owner.
