I don’t know if its a policy or the decision of management but after dining hours the service takes a sever plummet in quality. I ordered 5 instances of the “Two Tacos” with extra lettuce and taco sauce alongside utensils and sauces. I got a bag with no receipt with solely the 10 tacos in it. No receipt, napkins, or utensils. I open up the tacos to put my own sauce in it and I see there’s a handful of leaves of lettuce in it like as if it were some sort of garnish and no taco sauce! They instead threw in a handful of taco sauces (less than 10). I would expect for 10 tacos to have 10 packets of taco sauce. I would especially expect this and perhaps a bit more if they made the decision to put no sauce in the tacos at all! I have had this experience a couple of times and just won’t be ordering after dining hours anymore. Order during dining hours and service tends to be better.

Their service can improve by a lot. You get what you pay, it is affordable fast food. I tried the breakfast platter, I didn’t want the sausage or the bacon but it seemed very hard to understand for the cashier, as he asked me 3 times if I wanted bacon, sausage or both. He said what I was asking it was not possible, I end up saying give me the sausage and I will give it to a friend. The soda machine was not working so we had to ask the cashier about it. It is ok if you are low on cash and expectations.
