I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at this establishment, which I consider to be the worst I have ever encountered. To summarize, I discovered some hair in my food and promptly contacted the establishment to address the issue. However, I was informed that the only solution they could offer was to remake the sandwich, even though it was already dinner time. I returned the sandwich and fries as requested, but I can’t help but suspect that something questionable might be happening in such establishments. It is crucial for someone to intervene before your staff’s behavior escalates and causes significant problems for your business. I firmly believe that if I belonged to a certain demographic, the situation would have been handled differently. Discrimination is prohibited by laws, and it is imperative that you undertake comprehensive staff training. Otherwise, it is only a matter of time before someone in my position takes further action beyond simply writing a review.

I ordered a southwest chicken salad because I was told it was really good. I got to the window and they handed me the wrong order. I wasn’t upset at all and I simply let them know it was supposed to be a salad and not a burger (I’m allergic to gluten)… instead of doing a quick correction of my order, the manager came to the window and said “you didn’t look at the screen to make sure the order was correct before pulling forward?” In a rude tone. I didnt feel the need to check because I told them my order 3 times at the order box. I asked for my money back because I just couldn’t believe their response and not to mention I waited 20 minutes in the drive through. The manager was rude the entire time and did not handle that professionally at all. I asked for a refund receipt and she told me there wasn’t one to give. I still don’t have my refund. Thats unfortunate that they treat people like that. I’m a manager for a nearby store and I would never speak to people like that or make them feel that my mistake is their fault.

What I like about Jack in the Box is the rotating specials that are usually a great deal for a reduced price.
