ZERO starts insane visit. Tried to go through the drive through. Confused worker needed to be told three times on item number ONE of my order. After I repeated it a fourth time he refused to help me. I drove to the window and he stood in the back laughing refusing to come to the window. When he finally came because I didn’t leave he said he would not serve me because I was “mean to him” I assumed he was joking. He said there was no other person working there and to go away. I go to this exact jack n the box five times a week and order the same thing and there has never been an issue.

This is the 3rd location I drove to that doesn’t accept EBT, starting to think Jack in the Box don’t wanna help out folks who are temporarily on EBT. I don’t like to give such bad reviews, I’m a glass half full kind of a lady. In the case of this Jack in the Box, there is much to be desired and I have to be honest above all. We went thru the drive thru and after we gave our payment we saw and heard this worker not wearing a mask sneezing twice without even covering her mouth, she possibly could have been the manager because she was counting the money at a cash register. She also looked like she was sick. The lady that was working the drive thru did have a mask but was only covering her mouth. Aside from that, the food tasted like it was double dipped or they had very old oil in the fryer. Needless to say, we will not be going back to this location.
