I ordered the most basic cheeseburger in the world and the 10-piece chicken nuggets. I ordered during a slow down in drive-thru orders, so my order got taken, payment made, and meal ready in approximately 4 minutes 46 seconds- very impressive for a JITB.

Horrible service at night. This place never disappointed me but it’s lost its value over the years. To start off, before we could even order, the person taking our order said that they weren’t doing drinks. Okay fine, no big deal, then she rushed to take our orders. We waited almost 20 mins to get our 3 chicken sandwiches after paying. Only to find out that the order was entirely messed, instead of 3 chicken sandwiches, we received 2 beef burgers and only 1 sandwich. Very off putting.

Worst place of food. There was a ketchup packet inside the burger. They never give fresh food. The food tastes bad. They mess up the order or give wrong items. It is very disappointing.

Awesomely nice and I would say caring ppl/staff. I had a situation that I accidentally lost my CC after a drive Tru order. Went straight to Costco & realized my CC is gone. I thought about how I dropped the receipt by the drive Tru window accidentally ( not aware my CC is also there), and just drove away, did not care bout the receipt. Anyways, I called Jack right away, took awhile for someone to answer, fortunately someone did. I kindly asked her, if a CC was left behind @ the drive Tru coz I was just there about 10 min ago. She was kind enough to check & spoken to the lady assigned there. They did not find any, & I asked to look out the drive Tru window and said that mayb I dropped it with the receipt. And guess what, they actually did made the effort to look, YUP! it is sitting on the ground. While I was on the phone with her, she went out, went to the drive Tru and I hear her, saying excuse me and sorry to someone. I’m assuming, she’s saying that to a drive Tru costumer park by my CC. And there you have it. My card was retrieved! I was blown away how the jack in the box employees cared and made extreme effort on something like this! I am so trully grateful .. THEY CARED! THAT’S AWESOME. I mean, they could have just say ” no sorry, it’s not here ( w/ or w/o looking), then end the call. And left me at the end worried & annoyed for the next step I need to do ( like calling bank to report its missing & wait for new card).
