Even though there was no one getting food at all and we got our food during slower hours (4:30pm), the food came fast and super hot (burned my mouth, which in my opinion is good because that means it’s safe to eat and hasn’t just been sitting in a food warmer). The tacos, chicken nuggets, and fries were all crispy and crunchy. So, the food was fresh and somewhat more made to order than it would be at other places. 4 stars instead of 5 just because the tacos were super greasy and the taco shell was super stale/old and chewy, but the taco meat itself was good. Posted this review within 15 minutes of getting and eating my meal.

Sat in line for 20 minutes and got to window and was told card reader was down for awhile and it was cash only, did not have enough cash on me so didn’t get my breakfast but it was sitting on counter. Don’t get why I wasn’t told at time of ordering sub standard service! Thanks for nothing

Why is Jack considered fast food? Nothing is fast about this place. The drive through wait is slower than a sit down restaurant for sub-par food that is much lower in quality. 6 cars you’re looking at a 20-30min wait, Not exaggerating. I’m not sure how this is even possible considering that there is a burger joint down the street and a coffee shop next to it that both have lines going into the street at all times of the day that are much faster, and they make every order fresh upon ordering.
