Ordered extra egg, but this was all I got. This is all I ever ordered here, and this is the same amount I get when I don’t ask for extra egg. I went inside to ask what’s going on and they told me that they use 2 scoops and extra is 4 scoops but I have always ordered this plate from here and there is no difference in egg amount with no extra egg. This is disappointing, and they just took my money. This will be the last time I order from here, I will go across the street to mcdonalds from now on. Their platters come with way more egg than this at no additional cost.

As a former Jack In The Box Employee Of the Hatch Location I am so disappointed in this establishment and the workers they have representing the company.. I came here to try the $5 combo with a taco, fries, drink and a choice of chicken sandwich or junior jumbo jack after a long day of work I would rather not be cooking! So she presisted to tell us they don’t have a chicken sandwich as the other option when it’s literally advertised. No she didn’t say they were out she said that chicken sandwich wasn’t an option. I’m disabled so I ordered through doordash, the last five times I ordered egg rolls they have forgot to put the sauce in That’s supposed to come with them and I ordered. I ordered two tacos and one of them had no cheese on it. I ordered extra onions on my hamburger and got no onions at all. The last three orders from the Jack in the Box on Oakdale Road in Modesto have had something wrong with them to where I’ve had to contact doordash and get a refund.

I stopped eating at all Jack in the box’s about 6 months ago. The employees are rude and the food is gross. Today, I was at a location I have never been to. I thought I’d give it a try. Nope. Rude employees. The order was not repeated at the speaker or window. When we parked to eat, our order was wrong, fries were cold and no receipt.
