Super rude very ignorant workers super old food never get order, correct from now on I will be driving the extra 6 miles not to come to this Jack-in-the-Box the food is so old I’m not even sure if it’s healthy to eat halfway through. I realized it looks like mold on my chicken sandwich.

I’ve been coming to Jack in The box for years. The food is good and most of the time the service is excellent. There’s been quite a few times at the Folsom store on East bidwell and Blue ravine, they can never get the order quite right. They never read it back to you and they never ask you if that is what you ordered, they just say I’ll have the total at the next window. It is frustrating when you tell them over and over again every time you go through the drive through.. It used to be one of the best places to go late nights, now I’m not too sure.

This place is a joke. Staff is constantly rude and constantly/forgetting and leaving items out. Tried to give them another chance and again was missing items after waiting in the drive- thru for for over 20 minutes. When I told them I had food missing and asked if I could have somebody bring it to the lobby door for me as I had already pulled out of line to check my bag, I was told I would have to go back through the drive thru that was now about 10 cars deep. I said I didn’t want to go back through the drive thru for another 20+ minutes for my missing items that THEY forgot! I was told- “Oh well then!” Will never go back, they are rude, lazy, and don’t care about doing their jobs.

This is for the 401 blue ravine rd. Went in to order and wasn’t even acknowledged by the staff. They had 2 cars in drive through when I arrived and another 2 pulled up while I was waiting in there. Waited 10 minutes with no one else in the lobby ordering or eating and all the workers seen me there but would quickly look away as if avoiding me. It was 7pm on Sunday june 11th and everyone working there are the kind of people I’d fire for loosing me money if I owned that place. I walked out and went right across the street to Carl’s Jr where I spend $25 and had a delicious double western bacon cheeseburger. Avoid this lousy staff and location. If that’s the service they give (or don’t give in my case) do you really trust these people making your food. A big F U to all the staff there!

Came on a Saturday night around midnight and it says they are open online until 2am but the guy working said they were closed and wouldn’t let us order. Same guy is rude every time we go and doesn’t know how to take an order without saying “what else” after everything you say.

Don’t know what is happening but I grabbed just a curly fry tonight and it tasted fine until halfway through my mouth got coated in a horrible chemical taste and I had to throw it out because my mouth/throat are all fumy. Kind of concerned lmfao.

This place sucks! They get orders wrong then argue about it and then the food is watery and drippy and not even made correctly. I went at night and it seemed like it was only a few high school kids laughing and being loud and not paying attention to anythin, let alone someones order. I was so unhappy about their attitude to my friends I almost thought I’d have to confront them about it. Terrible service.

The burger was awful, the onion rings had tough skins. The gal behind the counter was very rude. There were no napkins near the tables. Too expensive. I was the only customer inside and I understand why. I will never go back. In&out is way better and much less money.
