They try most of the time. I think they do, anyway. I believe it is a lack of retention that is the issue here. Unable to keep employees means there is something wrong with the franchisees and management. Perhaps the owner has given up, maybe the management has become complacent or it is some combination. I don’t pretend to know the inner workings of the place, I can only speculate. They appear to have brief moments of hope sweep through the place and it is immediately noticed. They get better for a week or two then it is back to the same ol same ol. Going inside is where it is the most ….disrespect…. I’ve been inside, where I waited well over 30 minutes before someone acknowledged me as a human. It gave me that warm, tingling feeling that made me want to hug a camp fire and adopt a werewolf. You know the one. Bottom line: Expect to wait for food here, thos is not fast food.
