We went through the drive thru at around 2pm on a Monday. The line was super long (wrapped around the whole building) and moved very slowly, so by the time we received our food, it was already cold. The drive thru cashier was very friendly and pleasant, so that was nice!

Very very disappointing when we went to the Kapolei location tonite. I went to get the drinks & found that there was no ice in the machine. Went to the front counter to ask for ice since I wasn’t able to get it myself. When I went to fill my soda, I noticed the taste was flat & tasted funny. I then tried 2 different flavors & it was really bad. One of the customers that was waiting for their order mentioned it also. I told the mgr, Jonathan & he said the soda didn’t taste funny at all. Next, we saw our order was made & we weren’t even called. My husband had to ask for it. The curly fries was soaked in so much oil because you really could taste it lingering in your mouth. The triple Jumbo Jack (special right now) also didn’t taste right. Couldn’t figure out what it was. Auwe! We had to actually throw it all away. I wonder what Jack would say if he knew about the food being served in this manner.
