We had horrible service and food the last two times we went, but, decided to give it another chance just in case it was just that crew that was working. HORRIBLE. Workers are either rude or zoned out, food is WAY overpriced for what you get. I ordered a Sourdough Jack and the bread wasn’t even toasted. Our fries had been sitting a long time and so had our burgers. Not to mention the Jalapeños poppers weren’t even warm. We went at 6pm by the way, food should be fresh at that time. My husband asked the person taking our order for no mustard and ketchup on his burger and the guy responded with a heavy sigh and said, “pickles don’t come in that.” We just both looked at each other like “wow”. ‍♀️The quality has gone way down. We used to love Jack in the Box but that is the last time we’ll go. SO dissatisfied, again. Sorry JIB you need to look into what’s going on in your restaurants. This is unacceptable.
