We don’t have Jack in the Box in Canada, so it is sort of a fast food treat. The food was hot and tasty. The drink was nice and cold. The price was higher than I expected – but everything is now adays. The portions were appropriate. It was unfortunate that the seating area was closed so we had to wait longer than normal for drive thru. The employee at the window said they only had three employees working and hence only the drive thru being open – seems a common theme in Canada also. She was apologetic and very polite. We will certainly go back again before we leave.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in quite some time. We waited at the counter for 15 minutes while watching the employee hand out orders and put food in bags and not one time did she acknowledge us, even as the line behind us got longer. Food was okay as far as fast food goes. And I understand they have new trainees, however I gave 46.25 for an order that cost 36.20 so I would get a 10 bill back. The cashier only gave me 9.05.
