This location has really nose dived as of late. The service uses to be quick but is now sluggish. The food was alright before but is now colder, older and fried in dirty oil. The employees don’t seem to be trained well. This was one of my go-to places but now I often go to Burger King instead.

Worst jack in the box ever. They took my order at 13:35 pm. I got to the window at 13:53 pm to pay and still wait for my order. And when i got it there’s missing. I’m missing curly fries and my sauce. When i asked for my sauce they want to charge me again for the freaking sauce. Seriously? After waiting for almost half an hour?the crew told me i have to pay for the sauce and i told her my nuggets comes with the sauce. Then i asked for manager the crew went at the back and call whoever the manager is and hearing them saying you can handle it while the lady crew is just new. Felt bad for the crew who doesn’t have a guidance from the manager. Just wasted time and money. Waited too long just to get an old nuggets and fries.

I use the mobile app for deals/value. I have my faves…2 tacos for 99 cents, 7-piece stuffed jalapeños, egg rolls, sourdough jack, jr. jumbo jack, side salad. My biggest complaint is that the food is not always made fresh, particularly the fries.

This location is the worst. We went the drive thru option and worst ever. We were in line first of all for a total of 45 minutes. The order taker was horrible. Unfortunately, they had someone who didn’t speak English as a first language. Nothing wrong with that but the language barrier was so bad that every car at the window had to explain what u wanted. And the quality of the food here at this location has just gone downhill. And the amount you pay when buying for your whole family is ridiculous but food is blah.

Not once in my life have a gave a place a one star review. Any bad experience at an establishment I’ve had I just never went to again but this experience has me more aggravated than any other. I ordered through the app pretty late (around 3 a.m). My order was confirmed and I was sent the Digital receipt with an order number and the address of which jack in the box I ordered from. I get to the drive thru and tell them my name and that it’s a mobile order. The first thing they to me after I tell is “No”, that’s it. I ask them what are you talking about? Which they reply your name isn’t on my screen. I’m like okay well I have a confirmation number with a digital receipt that shows I’ve been charged so can I just show you that? She was extremely adamant that none of that mattered and that she can’t do anything about it after I asked twice. This happened Oct. 20 at 3. A.m so if the owner sees this, all I’m asking is someone talk to the worker who working that shift. I’ve worked in fast food before so I understand it’s a difficult job dealing with customers so I was trying to be as nice about it as I could but she was giving me attitude all because I was trying to explain to her that I paid for the food already. She honestly seemed like she wasn’t trained well which isn’t her fault. I’m gonna come back tomorrow and ask for the food or a refund so I’m hoping I can at the very least get that.
