Went drive-thru during the evening, the employees seemed out of it and almost nonchalant and lazy. They did include any sort of dipping sauce for the egg rolls nor the chicken strips with the barbecue sauce that was asked. Completely unprofessional nor very customer friendly. Please train younger employees to be more welcoming to customers.

The food quality can be hit or miss, which is a common issue with fast food chains. However, the restaurant is usually clean and the service is fast. The staff is friendly and accommodating. 12Aug19. For this to be my first experience at a Jack in the box, it left a lot to be desired. I ordered the $5.99 double cheeseburger meal. When I received the meal, it only had one patty on it. I took it back and the lady told me they were out of the small patties that they put on the doubles and gave me one larger patty to replace mine. If I hadn’t brought it their attention, they wouldn’t have said anything to me. How is that for customer service? The reason they received a 2 star is because not only did I not get the burger I paid for, but the fries were overcooked.

Monster tacos are great. Very expensive for the triple stack hamburger. The burger patties are very small. The sauce is good. But, you want a fill of meat. Get the McDonald’s double quarter pounder fries and large coke. Hate the curly fries. You always get a few good fries and get the rest is of burnt odds and ends.

I can’t even believe I have to give it ANY stars to write my review! I went to this Jack in the box last night. I got in a line about 9:55pm. Got to the speaker to take my order about 10:20pm and while my spouse was making our order, the lady taking our order seemed like she was rushing us, when the order was completed, she was asking us if there was anything else we wanted and then we heard another lady through the speaker yell at her “No!!! That’s enough!”Didn’t think nothing of it, maybe she was overfilling a soda while taking our order…. When we finally got to the window to pay and pick up our order it was 10:55pm the lady making the drinks was speaking in Filipino not realizing I understand it. She was complaining about our order (4 meals) and why the other lady was asking us if we wanted anything more causing them to work more. Said that we were “HER people ” (her meaning the other lady), complaining about our order and kept on going.. I know the business’s are troubled right now, I mean we are in a pandemic that is causing staff shortage BUT THEN after we left the drive through so the other millions of people could get through to their food after waiting over an hour, She didn’t even give us our right order. We were missing a large fries and a burger…..She was to busy complaining about people and working that she didn’t even give us everything we paid for with no discounts applied along with waiting over 1 whole hour. I didn’t even want to go back at that point, I just finished working a 12 hour day and wanted to just go home. Looks like there is good reviews otherwise, maybe don’t go there at night.

Went to this location and so dissapointing when you get home with an incorrect order. I waited in drive thru line for at least 5 minutes with only 1 car infront of me and almost another 10 minutes at the window. By the time I got my order my milkshake was halfway melted..my #14 and tacos were correct but I ordered 50/50 popcorn chicken and it was all dried up meatless spicy chicken when my order was correct on the screen… I had to ask for dipping sauces 3 times…lady was so flustered, look like she needed a break
