This is on a Sunday morning. It’s been 10 minutes waiting in the drive through since I’ve ordered. Still stuck in the drive through with two more cars behind me. How is this acceptable for a “fast-food” chain? First time coming to a Jack and will never come to another one again.

I told my son I don’t want to order online from jack in the box at cedar hills because I’m very sure they will send the food with missing items. That happened with me three times before and I decided not to order from them. I used to order online from the location at tv hway and they never do mistakes, but today I couldn’t find them at uber eats, that’s why I ordered from the one at cedar hills and I knew they will do a mistake. Not okay, where is the manager? It’s the manager’s job to watch and check out his staff proficiency and accuracy. Not okay at all

Ordered double burger extra onion no pickle. Was charged .25 for onions. Should have gotten credit for no pickle. Told order taker did not expect to pay for onion. She can’t change policy. It’s not the 25 cents,it’s the matter of fairness. I will not be back where I have been eating lunch there 3 times a week. So, they made a quarter but now they have lost $25.00 a week. I think they need to review their business plan. They will have to charge 32 customers for extra onions to equal the revenue of one double burger. That’s 96 customers in a week just to make up for the business I no longer give them. Seems kinda backward, doesn’t it?

I have little to no expectations at Jack in the Box after midnight but my only visit to this location had some of the nicest staff I’ve ever seen at an overnight fast food restaurant. I appreciate it greatly, especially getting off of a 6 hour flight!

It is a hit or a miss on how the food is prepared. I sometimes get tacos that are too hard or not enough meat or a lot of lettuce on one but hardly any on others. The customer service is awesome. I LOVE THIS STAFF

Do NOT eat here. I drove by on 2/27/23 and ordered an ultimate bacon cheeseburger with fries and a medium Dr. Pepper. I drove back to my job site, ate my food, and started to feel strange after about an hour or so after eating. About 2 to 3 hours after that I felt extremely nauseous and began to feel all my energy leave my body. I threw up and had to go home immediately after. I ended up throwing up again once I got home and the next morning as well. I had to take a sick day because of this. Absolutely abysmal that this would happen. I lost money and time. I sincerely hope some sort of health and safety inspectors pay your store a visit because I paid you guys for food and instead I got fed poison. I will NOT be eating at any Jack in the Box locations ever again.
