Ordered a garden salad for my wife and received a southwest salad that looked like the bottom of the barrel pickings. I’m pretty sure a garden salad doesn’t have beans and corn. I tried to let the cashier know that I got the wrong salad, but he insisted I got the right one. While I’m trying to tell him that it wasn’t, the two guy cooks were laughing and commenting in Spanish that the “fat man ordered only a salad”. Yes I understood you guys. I may not speak it well, but I understand it completely.

Hard to review when they are closed on a Sunday at 11 am. I tried to order online but kept getting errors so I just went to the store directly to order. Come to find out all the lights were off inside and the open signs were also off. No notes left on the doors or at the drive thru window to tell people they were closed. I waited in the line that had formed while people at there trying to order. They have left the open signs off at this location before so I assumed they forgot to turn them on again. Once I saw every car leaving the drive thru I realized they were closed. Waste of time. Last time I went too the couldn’t make half the food that was on the breakfast menu because they were out of stock on ingredients. This location needs to get their act together. Great way to lose business

The fries were fresh and delicious, as usual! I shared my husband’s.I ordered Grilled Southwest Chicken salad. In years past this salad was amazing. Not this time nor the last time I ordered one. Although the chicken was freshly grilled they didn’t slice it and gave me only a fork. I had to rip the chicken into strips with my fingers. Okay no big deal. Only iceberg lettuce( no romaine as advertised) in big pieces so that was a bit awkward to eat. No grape tomatoes as advertised. Only two slices of tomatoes. I did have the cheddar cheese, roasted corn and black beans but like last time, no spicey corn strips. So sorry to say I was very disappointed again and will not order this salad in the future. I will just stick to the fries.

I used to go to this jack in the box multiple times a week, but now I don’t even bother. Every time I go there they are closed. Sometimes as early as 7 pm. What happened to this restaurant? Very disappointed. Don’t know if I will bother going ever again.

Spent $12 on a Teriyaki bowl meal that was less than half full and only had 3 tiny strips of chicken and only 3 small pieces of broccoli. The one egg roll had almost as much food as the bowl had in it. What a joke. Overpriced microwaved food. I tried to call them to tell them about it but of course no one answered. Didn’t have time to go all the way back so I just had to deal with it. Never again. I think they were more concerned about the music they were blaring that could be heard outside the drive thru window.

This is the worst Jack in the Box ever! Ordered food only. Waited forever! When I got to the window the lady was filling drink and shake orders for cars behind me. While my food sat on the counter getting cold. When I said something about it. The manager on duty was rude and stated that kindness especially during this season is necessary. All I did was state that I watched the employee fill 4 shakes and 2 fountain drinks while my food only order waited in the counter getting cold. How was that unkind? How would you feel? Valued as a customer? When I reached out to Jack in the Box. They said someone from my local store would be notified about my complaint and call me. Still waiting for that call weeks later! Do yourself a favor and get “fast food” that’s hot elsewhere. Jack in the Box doesn’t care about you. They just want your $$$!

I’ve never been to a Jack-in-the-Box that was so disgusting. I order the same breakfast burrito every time. But at this location it was horrible. The burrito had way too much cheese and sauce. It was extremely greasy and I couldn’t finish it. Three bites and I already felt sick. I reached in the bag to grab the hash brown and felt nothing but crumbs. And the soda was completely stale. I waited 10 minutes for them to make me garbage food.

Closed at 7:46, lights on inside the kitchen so don’t know why they would be, no sign stating they are closed either. Says they are OPEN on Google/website. Person was inside stating they were closed. Gas is far too expensive to be wasting it like this. Won’t be going back. 🙁 I feel for the employees as they most likely were just understaffed.
