Prices in both reader boards for drive-through show outdated information prices. And of course no management on duty. I ordered a small ice tea for $1.79 but was charged $2.39. NONE of the prices for an ice tea are $2.39. But they refused to honor the posted price, sorry that is what the price is in our machine. How many other prices on the board are wrong? Is management to lazy to update the board to display correct pricing???

WATCH OUT!!! Every time I’m here which was three I’ll never go back. They held on to my debit card THE ENTIRE TIME THEY MADE THE FOOD!!! several minutes each time. The last time I started honking my horn and waving my hands to get my card back. And it wasn’t right there by the register he walked away to get it. Rediculous scan the card and had it RIGHT BACK!!!!! We go to other jack in the boxes and they don’t do this in fact nobody does this except this location.

Gave and charged me for food I didn’t ask for. I asked for a bacon and egg cheddar bisquit and was charged for and given some chicken bisquit sandwich, didn’t even have bacon on it. 7.50 for a sandwich I didn’t want. No screen to confirm they go the order right (drive-thru). Won’t go there again.

Ordered a meat lovers breakfast burrito at the drive thru and when I got home I noticed the burrito was half way filled, scrunched up at the top to make it seem filled. It’s not fair for employees to half a$$ their job & give customers less than what they paid for. I hope this is reviewed by a manager, your employee working 7/6 at 10am prepping food is not doing their job right. I also tried to call & was hung up on.

Not All Jack in the box are equal. The breakfast Burrito at this specific Jack in the Box is made the best. Not sure why it’s so different down the street, as theirs are like half the stuff inside.

I walked in the store floor was filthy with food and trash on dining room floor and it was so sticky my shoes stuck to it… I placed my order and to be clear the employee and I had no language barrier, but when I got home which was quite far everything was wrong. My burger was not what I ordered. I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger with extra mayo onion and ketchup. Recieved and was charged for a bacon ultimate and you could not even see the ketchup or mayo on the sandwhich, receipt shows I asked for extra. Also ordered the spicy bacon cheese fries with extra jalapeños no bacon recept shows I was charged for extra cheese of 1.25 and ??? But I recieved no jalapeños and more cheese than fries. I never ate my food I tried to call the store, because I was too far away, but phone kept on answering and hanging up…. here I am the next morning trying to call store and nobody is answering the phone. It has been almost 8 years since I’ve been back to jib……. How disappointing 🙁 and I use to Manage this store….

For a fast food chain, my family really like jack in the box, my low rating is after many visits over the past 2 years I have been very disappointed… I was a GM for a build your own burger joint and when I look in on the store and there is food, wrappers receipts on the ground and I see the workers pacing back and for walking over all of it as the wait for food to be ready… I ask, ur really ok with the mess? Multiple people huddled together almost like they are unsure of what to do because the food is still being prepared. I was advised they were short staffed but I counted 6 employees just what I could see. I was confused why no one else was able to take orders (maybe they didn’t speak English) but that was left to one girl who kept grabbing an empty bag and moving it back and forth from one counter to another?? She then said we are waiting on ur chicken fajita…I said no I seen the other girl take it out the bag and put it on the shelf… u r waiting on my mini munchie box … ??? Good thing I’m paying attention, someone has to… THEN I added fresh onions to my order, not only did they NOT add them but removed the grilled onions… it just chaps my xxxx when they charge extra for EVERYTHING and neglect to add it…. Who wants to go through the line another 25 mins to ask them to fix it since they are “under staffed”? No one…

I stopped in for their $5 fish sandwich combo. Always look forward to it this time of year. This is what I got! An overcooked, dry fish patty, a rubbery bun, and what little lettuce was in the sandwich was wilted and gross. I asked for a little extra tartar sauce and instead my sandwich was swimming in tartar sauce that was oozing out if the sandwich. The fries were cold and limp, and the iced tea was flavorless and tasted like dirty water. I live no more than 5 minutes from the restaurant and sat down to eat as soon as I got home, so no reason my meal would have been cold or have gotten ruined. What a disappointment! I tried calling the restaurant numerous times that evening to talk to the manager but never got an answer. The restaurant wasn’t extra busy not was it rush hour when I went in. Poor customer service.
