Stopped in this store today at 6:30AM. Signs posted on all doors and drive thru window clearly state the drive thru opens at 6:00AM. Staff inside refused to serve me and told me to shove off. They said they don’t open till 7:00AM. I pointed at the sign and the lady inside just shooed me away. I hate to wonder how much this must cost the owner. I would fire these lazy staff people since they clearly don’t want to show up on time and do the work you are paying them to do. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Got a call from my DoorDash lady saying she had accidentally dropped my coffee in the parking lot right in front of the doors. Accidents happen and anywhere else I’ve ever been has had no problem replacing a drink if something happens. She went in and explained what happened and they were so rude to her and refused to remake the coffee. I paid for it and now I’m not getting it. My 1 year old has a fever and was in the ER last night and I’m a tired mama who just wanted some breakfast and coffee. I called Jack in the box and I explained I got a call from my door dasher and still refused to remake and give her the drink. Never coming to this location or ordering. I think customer service should be re taught in fast food places. Too many rude people. If I could give it 0 starts I would but 1 will have to do. Rude disrespectful people

This was the only item ordered (bacon cheddar potato wedges), and somehow still managed to do us dirty like this.
