They were out of several things that we wanted to order and then they forgot one of our items even tho they read the order back to me twice, then we get back to our hotel and every item in our order was made completely wrong. To add insult to injury, their phone doesn’t work because nobody is answering. There was no ice in the dispenser. Their AC was out or not turned on. It was sweltering inside. We were traveling so we couldn’t eat anywhere else. We had to ask the employees to keep getting us ice to stay cool. Many times, we were ignored and had to get their attention. They forgot my daughter’s shake. She ordered chocken strips, they were out so they have her chicken nuggets. Those are less than the strips, so we had to ask for our money back. Food wasn’t bad. We ordered from drive through, it’s only two cars in front of us, my boyfriend ordering #2 with coke and i ordering just croissant sandwiches with bacon, egg and cheeses. When we get to window, he asked us three times what we ordered? We told him what we ordering. Then the packing lady asking us again, smh ‍♀️ my boyfriend keeps telling them over and over. Unfortunately this is NOT the jack in the box to stop at. 2 separate occasions one in April and this most recent one in July. Both visits unsatisfactory. AC is non existent. Any meal with sourdough bread comes with bread not toasted. Asked for no lettuce on 2 orders of loaded tacos and failed to complete request. Must be the lack of AC making it difficult for employees to complete orders correctly. If at all possible bypass this location.
