This is a good restaurant for a burger under $10 each. My wife and I always go for the Double Jack, which we have to make sure that’s what we get. It’s often mistaken for the Jumbo Jack. So when the order taker reiterates through the intercom at the drive-thru we listen and also check what we got as well just to make sure. Other than that it’s a nice restaurant, with good people working hard to serve all of us.

I just went to the drive thru with cars coming in behind me, all the lights were on, and the hours posted says closes at 10pm. The employee refused to take my order and said they closed at 9:30. Management should fire the night staff and find employees who want to work a full shift. Go to Wendy’s near them. They stay open the hours they have posted.

Pulled up to the drive through where a lady is currently sitting in her car. She gets out of the car and tells me they are on break for 20 minutes. I asked if she was going to move her car and she said no I was just going to need to back out. It’s very difficult to back out and super long drive through, but I was forced to back out because they allowed her to just sit in the drive through. So frustrating!

Jack in the box has always been 24 hours. The freeway sign says 24 hours but google says 6am-10pm. I just pulled up at 6:09am and there’s an extremely faded “closed” sign on the drive thru speaker yet there were people inside and a couple cars parked in the parking lot. This has happened multiple times at this location. Maybe hire some people that open your store on time ‍♀️
