I wanted to give this place 5 stars because of the gentleman working at the window. He was very nice and greeted me with a smile! But I ended up having to give 1 star because I ordered 2 orders of spicy roost fries and neither of them had the spicy sauce on them and the second order barely had anything on them at all. It was very sad. Very very disappointing.

I want to start by saying most staff are nice. My frustration is with the “ dining room now open” sign on their window. I am aware it says open at 8, but for every morning or time I visit , the door is locked and the staff just stare, making me feel bad. I understand not a lot of people these days use dining in. But not everyone has a car either .If your dining isn’t really open, then maybe not say it is. I am sorry . I want this to just point out that I am not upset with anyone personally , I am stating it’s rude when a staff stands there with their hands behind their back and just watch you outside .

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and recieved it full of egg shells.. not just one tiny piece of shell. All of the shell. It was done on purpose. I asked for the manager and was told they weren’t there. I am so disappointed that adults in food service can be so immature and disrespectful.

This location likes to close early for no apparent reason. Two weeks ago I stopped by at 10pm and was told they were closed despite the signs, and website, stating they’re open to midnight. No reason was given as to their early closure. Tonight (12/8) all the exterior lights were on but when I drove up I waited over five minutes and no-one attempted to take an order. Driving around the building the drive-through window was dark and seemingly closed two hours ahead of schedule.

Their Menu is always growing and everything on there is delicious! The little loaded tacos and loaded potatoe wedges are my favorite! I’m big on the food tasting the same when it’s a chain and that’s what I love about Jack in the Box….ive never had a bad experience regarding the food being inconsistent.

I ordered 8 tacos, I discovered they gave me 4 so I drove around back through the drive through. She charged me for more. I checked my card later and they overcharged me. (they don’t give receipts with the food) Also, they said their machine was old and my credit card wouldn’t go through, so made me switch to debit. I better not find additional charges from their first attempt on that. There were NO other customers so I’m not sure why this was so difficult for them.
