It was late night, and the worker with I think blue hair and glasses. She was so nice and pleasant. She definitely knows how to give customers service to us customers. I will only go to this Jack in the Box. All the other restaurants are so dirty, and workers, including the managers, are just rude, nasty, unpleasant, and think they deserve to be hand held. So to have someone at a young age deliver customers like she did it was a nice change of pace.

Went here a few weeks ago and one star for sure. I went inside to use the bathroom, but you need to buy something to get the code. Went back a few minutes later to buy something and use the bathroom, but was unable to because the door was locked!!! It was lunch time and a lot of people wanted to go inside but the doors were locked when there were people inside eating!?! Customer service was nonexistent. Wanted to buy something but the staff locked us and other people out. A large group of people walked to the drive-in window to get their attention because the staff appeared to be hiding as you couldn’t see them from the window. Never going back there again!!!

I’m reporting this location tomorrow when corporate opens. There is no reason the lobby should be close and doors are locked during bussniess hours. This occurs on a weekly basis to often. Cleary people don’t want to do their job and have gotten away with this ish. Not anymore.

Terrible customer service, parked me for my order, and with no open parking spots that arent a Handicap spot, she told me to park closer to the door next time so that it could go “faster for Me”, yet I was a straight line from the door.
