Apparently only staffed in the mornings by one person. Arrived 15 minutes after open to be told that he wasn’t taking orders at the moment due to having two mobile orders and to wait about 20 minutes. Came back after 40 minutes, sat in the drive-thru for another 10 only to have said employee tell me in person, outside, and not through the service speaker, that he still wasn’t taking orders since he was now cleaning, a full hour after the store had opened. This issue is not isolated – other visits near opening hours have also yielded similar results, yet for all my research this store does in fact supposedly open at 6am. Could not recommend this location less for anyone working a graveyard shift due to these business hours issues.

Worst experience I’ve had at a fast food establishment. I made my ordered online and when I received my feed most of my order was missing. So I went on to speak to the people inside I was informed that only part of my order was showing on there side so I went and grabbed my phone yo show them my order. After showing them my order and that it was missing things they weren’t willing to make it right by making the items I paid for. I was told all they could do was ring me up for those items again. And that I could connect someone. I believe the person who came over to speak with me was a manager and that fact that she was not willing or able to make the situation right by making the rest of my order is extremely frustrating. I’ll be submitting a request for my order and a formal complaint for that location along with choosing to not return to a place that doesn’t take care of there customers especially when it’s an issue on there side.

OMG do not go here!!! The 2 guys that cook or whatever are always out front smoking cigarettes with bare hands and like spitting on the sidewalk area. I was too far in line to turn around. My curly fries were soggy and had a fly in the bottom of the fry holder. Obviously we are not eating the food we ordered and will never ever come back to this location . I’ve heard it was bad but didn’t know it was this bad.

We placed an order on the app that once submitted, said it would be ready in 7 to 9 minutes. When we got to the restaurant…. THEY WERE CLOSED (on a Saturday at 8am). The app charged our card anyway. So now we have to contact our bank to dispute the charges. This location is such a disappointment. We love Jack in the Box but this location is awful! We keep trying to give this location an opportunity to redeem themselves, however, IF they are open (50/50 chance) they get the order wrong and are rude. No thanks! Shut. It. Down.

No ice for almost 2 months now. Not open on time in the morning. Messed up orders. Missing food. Lack of condiments. I have tried too many times to give the benefit of the doubt for this restaurant to provide the service they should. Who gives ketchup with pancakes… Not sure what is going on with this location.. they need help getting their location in order.. Summer is here and no ice for drinks..

ordered online 3 weeks ago at the Battle Ground, WA location. when I got there, woman tells me that they don’t have milkshakes which I’ve already paid $4.99 for. she doesn’t offer a solution or tell me how to deal with this. I ask her why she won’t give me the $4.99 back and she finally says I have to contact the Jack in the Box app. I do this and nobody ever replies. today I got an email from Jack in the Box asking me if I am satisfied with how they handled my issue. I checked the box that nobody ever responded at all, which I’m imagining now is probably what happens to anyone who has an issue. How are they still in business?

This jack in the box In my opinion sucks. The workers and very rude I will try and ask them for dipping sauces and they will shut the window in my face. Very rude and very lazy people. They should find different employees to work the drive thru window cuz this isn’t the first time they have been rude to me personally. Wouldn’t recommend going to this jack in the box.
