Although I know the establishment has great food etc I was disappointed this time around due to the fact the drive-thru was the only option to order etc & that particular day I happen to walk up there since it wasn’t that far from my job etc I was rudely told by one of the staff members it was drive-thru only & I didn’t understand why they weren’t open to physically go inside to order and it was mid afternoon?. Anyhow despite that mishap in walking up there resulting in a waste of time, a rude staff member, & overall no lunch purchase etc I’ll take my business elsewhere for awhile.

My dad had the worse experience at this place! He was waiting for someone to take his order. He was waiting for a good 10 minutes until he ask someone to help him out! According to him the general manager of this place was the one who spoke to my dad and the general manager had a nasty attitude towards my father! He yelled at him not only ones but twice! My dad asked for corporates number and he refused to give it to him! I have worked for this company and I know 100% we cannot refuse to give that number! This manager needs better training!
