A Chicago pie for $14. Good dough, overly salty pepperoni, could have been improved with more ground sausage. Sauce was okay. I was hungry and glad to have the food!

This was my first time trying Jack Spratt’s since coming to Cleveland. Delivery time was actually faster than expected. The driver was great. Super friendly guy. For THAT, I’ll give them a generous 3 stars. I really wanted to like this small neighborhood place. We try to spend our money here in the community where we live, so I don’t write this review happily. The food was below average at best. We’ll call it a struggling 2 ⭐️‘s. For $35, I expected at least an average pie along with 6 wings & an order of fried mushrooms. The pizza crust was thick, doughy & underbaked. The toppings were sparse, the onions were chopped into large chunks & were still raw. The bacon was nonexistent & the pepperoni was overly salty. The sauce & cheese were the saving graces on this pizza. The “dry rub” wings were breaded frozen wings which were fried then sprinkled with a Cajun seasoning. Although they weren’t dry rub wings, they had a pretty decent flavor. The fried mushrooms were cold, soggy and filled with grease. It was obvious the oil was not hot enough before they dropped them into the fryer. Also, there were no dipping sauces provided for either the wings or the mushrooms. Maybe our experience was so poor because we ordered 30 minutes before closing. Regardless, we’ll pass on Jack Spratt’s & drive somewhere to get a quality pizza worth that $35 price tag next time.

This place so low tier. The pizza is worse than the school pizza from the 90s. Don’t waste time or money. Unless your living in poverty an can’t afford real pizza

This is my first time trying Jack Spratt’s Pizza and I’m amazed . The pizza ingredients tasted fresh, the dough had a nice thickness, overall the pizza had a great consistency to it. I will be ordering again . Thank you

Jack Spratt’s Pizza is a means to an end. It’s really inexpensive, it doesn’t taste too bad, and I’ve eaten quite a bit of it and haven’t gotten sick yet.

Worst experience I ever had waited 2 hours for a pizza. Never showed up. Driver call for further direction which explicate directions was give. Never hear from him again. Call Pizza shop a a hour and a half later and the lady informed me that the pizza was not coming and I was refunded. She then said she will not come back and have a nice day. I asked her to resend out the pizza and she refused. I will never buy from these people for my college functions. EVER!!
