We waited for over 45 minutes in the dining room for our food. When we finally got our food it was cold!!! There was people that came in after us getting waited on, served & left before we got our food. The drive thru was getting waited on and served before anyone in the dining room!!!! And there was a lady employee that was a Smart…!! All I did was tell her my food was cold and cold I Please get more and she snapped at me and was VERY VERY VERY UGLY TO ME AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!! DIDN’T WANT TO GIVE ME WARM FOOD

Well, the staff in this place has finally did it for me today. I’ve been there about six time’s from the time it opened in Eton. Every single time they have messed up my order and today was the final straw for me. I order a simple #2. Bacon cheeseburger combo. WHAT I got was a double cheeseburger and fries covered in their season salt so much there way to salty to eat so in the trash they went. So it’s not worth the time to go all the way back there to hear all their sorry’s AGAIN. So I have decided this is it for me. I will not ever go back there again. From now on I will drive a little longer and go to a place that can complete a simple order and that doesn’t cover the fries in season salt to the point they are red and to salty to eat. No wonder they are slowly going down hill.

I don’t think I have ever got my correct order nor was it even close to being a quick experience. I only go because my kid is sick of same places in town but it’s always dreadful. They ask you to wait in parking lot after going in the drive through to wait another 20 min. Overall it’s not worth wasting your time unless you have plenty to spare

Typically I love jacks. But for some reason we never have luck at this location. The past 3 visits have just been disappointing but we’ve tried giving it another chance. After today we’re not coming back for good. I gave it 2 stars because we’ve always had pretty decent service minus waiting 45 minutes for food one time. Today our chicken sandwiches were burnt, cold Mac n cheese, flat drinks, and nasty fries. Needless to say we threw everything away and just went somewhere else. Tired of wasting money here. Sorry Jacks, y’all need to get it together

I wish I could rate it a 5, the food is great, but unfortunately everytime I go they forget my sauces, hotpies, or my chicken sandwich. I’ve even had to drive back just to get part of my order. I wish I was being dramatic, but it’s true, who ever manager is in charge please double check the orders and bags. Wasted so much coin for the order to be wrong every time. I hate to write this, but it’s an honest review that unsatisfies me.
